Survivors' Comments; Journal Excerpts; Resource Lists
by William T. Delamar & Gloria T. Delamar
(forthcoming)

Overview

After I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, Glo and I went into a massive search mode to get good information on treatment options. We also kept "PC Journals" for almost a year, recording our emotions and insights. We found a frustrating mix of options and sometimes conflicting reasons for choosing one option over another. We also kept massive files, which developed into handouts for the groups I, and sometimes we, addressed about our search and findings.

Written nine years after the original diagnosis, the book intersperses honest and pertinent journal excerpts with nitty-gritty search techniques and answers in a number of categories.
